Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE COST. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICE COST.
